We have obtained approval for a Permission in Principle application for a new build house on the site of a historic small holding.

The heavily constrained site in Wilburton, abuts a Conservation Area, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), the Green Belt, is out side the Village Framework and is surrounded by Listed Buildings. Therefore, FT Studio had to work closely with our client to develop concepts which would reflect the sites unique location and history.
